  oo naman you are helping them realize na di sila bagay sa comsci.
  
  either way its doubtful na makaka kuha sila ng okay na trabaho with that kind of attitude sa thesis pa lang. so ang bagsak din yan is business so this is a good way to increase their skills in negotiating prices for service of work. hehe.

  thesis ang isang bagay na tatandaan ng mga yan pag nasa industry na sila. wag naman sana na ang matandaan lang nila is kung sinu sumulat and gumawa ng thesis nila.
  
  some thesis ideas na medyo manageable:
  TP systems? - easiest pero heavy sa coding and design
  Algo optimisations on existing theses na available sa school niyo (check nio runtime improvements etc) - heavy sa studying and rewriting codes
  
  kung di talaga kayo proficient sa programming pwede ung mga 'studies' on existing software development coding standards etc etc siguro. - ma-field work
  
  sayang naman kung papagawa niyo lang sa iba thesis niyo :|

  kung meron nga that means no choice sila kundi pag aralan yung

  mabilis lang kasi mauto pa minsan ang panel. specially if you know very well ung specs nung software (if it was a software development type of thesis). pero pag-aralan code wise / DB design-wise, minsan di na ginagawa yan pag pinagawa nila.
  
  I know of a case na ang galing ng presentation and knowledge nila dun sa 'product' - pero since metikuloso ung panel, nag tanung on database design, concepts applied and why, coding methodologies, modularisation etc etc - ayun. failed. toinks!

  nyahahah parang nakakita na po ako nyan sa mga classmates ko kahit baby thesis palang po n_n (baby thesis lang pero hirap din ako n_N nyeheh)

  nope, di kami nagpagawa ng thesis namin dati, kaya madami kami puyatan memories :) May nagpagawa sakin dati, pero friend namin, may defense din sila pero file maintenance and simple tps lang naman un, library system ata di ko maalala
  
  yung thesis namin before tps lang din + sms enquiries. :) si c_quijano groupmate ko yan hehe - sya sa SMS development, ako sa Kiosk and User functions, gf ko sa reports, and isang malufet na QA. palitan ng tulog.. hayyz the memories.
  
  anyways, back to topic. mukhang thesis topics lang naman need ni TS :) pde na siguro ung mga nasulat ng ibang members and ung ibang ideas din na nasulat ko - not necessarily naman kasi na comp sci thesis eh, programming agad. (may isa kaming prof dati na nag mention ng algo enhancement - wala lang talaga nag take ng challenge... kahit kami eh hehe)

  hi s lhat... uhmm ask ko lkng advice nyu kc ung thesis proposal ko eh IMAGE DETECTION for ID in school... dp mxdo aus ung title peo ang balak ko eh kc ung sa skul kht walang ID bst madeteck ung muka nya e maki2ta n sa database ung info nya kng student tlg xa..
  
  kaya ba ng JAVA ung image detection?? anu po b ung algo dun?..
