  dude, you might want to re-check your asking price. A brand new ivybridge i7 3770 is only about 11k if you check around. I'm not sure if you know, but ivybridge is a better cpu than yours. you might want to reconsider your price otherwise you won't get that sold. just a friendly tip.

  nope...thats gonna be my problem sir not yours.besides an IVY 3770 is not even Overclockable, its the "3770k" which is.
  
  for your information its SRP is around 12,500php on most stores if you can find one then go buy yourself instead. & I know for a FACT that the only advantage of the 3770 is less TDP & only 10-15% increase in benchies @ stock clocks but the 2600k way surpasses the 3770 when Overclocked. know your facts first before even minding other people's business.
  
  IVY is only a "Tick" in intel's technology so computer enthusiast will definitely know that,its basic.
  
  besides,do you see anything in my post that says im asking for anyones opinion? am i forcing people to buy my ifs? i dont think so.

  3770 is better than 2600k at stock clocks
  
  
  but a "K" processor is far more superior than that of a "Locked" chip
