  vertex 4 will never go near price of intel 330
  as it is positioned higher than intel 330
  you could be referring to agility 3 or 4 series

  pchub, could you be more specific with this statement... so meaning, after a year and the ssd fails you guys will no longer assist the customer with the RMA? meaning we would have to contact OCZ to claim the 5 year warranty?

  sir, we will only honor our in house warranty
  
  we cannot speak for market conditions after a year
  XXX company may or may not exist after 2 years.
  
  

  thats the warranty length negotiated for the price

  
  meaning, at the current price, it is only good for this length of warranty.
  if you want longer, we would have to pay insurance
  thus, making the price higher
  
  and we opt not to pay any insurance and guarantees this product for only the above said length
