  This is the very first time i will provide a negative feedback here in TipidPC.
  
  Bumili ako ng Samsung SB23B300 23" LED Monitor kay sir tutz0626 nung December 20, 2012. Nagtext ako sa kanya ng umaga confirming the item specs and other accessories included with the item, and he confirmed kasama ang original receipt (<click here for link>). Pumayag siya meet kami same day na nag-inquire ako, pero dahil may pasok siya, siya na pinapili ko kung anong time kami magkikita kasi libre naman ako buong araw. Nagset siya ng time 6:00 PM meeting place Gateway. Nagtext siya later that day na meet na lang kami ng 5:00 PM kasi pinayagan siya umuwi ng maaga, so pumayag ako para mas makatipid oras. On the way na ako saka siya nagtext na late ang dating niya dahil trapik daw sa Cainta, opening daw ng Puregold. Dumating ako meeting place namin 10 minutes before our agreed time. Dahil wala naman ako ibang gagawin, nagtiyaga akong hintayin siya para lang matuloy yung deal namin. Bago pa siya dumating, nagtext siya na nakalimutan daw niya yung resibo sa locker sa office nila (<click here for link>), pero sabi niya ipapadala niya sa akin yung resibo next day thru LBC (<click here for link>). Pumayag naman ako kasi matagal na ako naghintay para mabili yung item niya. Dumating siya ng 7:00 PM sa Gateway, tiningnan ko sandali yung monitor kung meron scratch/damage wala naman, wala pang 10 minutes tapos na deal namin, umuwi na ako, tinext ko sa kanya full name and address ko para mapadala niya yung resibo via LBC. Nagtext ako kinabukasan ng umaga kung napadala niya na yung resibo, nagreply siya sabi niya pinadala niya na daw yung resibo sa pinsan niya (<click here for link>). Walang dumating buong araw. Simula nun lagi ako nagtetext sa kanya pero hindi na siya nagrereply. Lalo kong pinilit na makuha yung receipt kasi nagkaroon ng isang dead pixel sa may bandang taas ng monitor, para in case na dumami mapa-warranty ko pa. Nagmessage ako sa kanya dito sa TipidPC at nagreply siya isang beses, sabi niya "aw.. pasensya na sir naging super busy.. papadala ko pagbalik ko manila next week. pasensya na sir." (<click here for link>). Hanggang ngayon walang dumadating. More than 1 month na lumipas since nag-deal kami wala pa rin sa akin yung resibo. Napansin ko rin na imbes na i-tag niya as "SOLD" yung item niya, dinelete niya mismo yung IFS post niya dito sa TipidPC (yung iba niyang item na nabenta tinag niya lang as "SOLD" (<click here for link>).
  
  I'm not expecting that you will still send the receipt that YOU said is included with the monitor I purchased from you. This feedback will serve as a reminder of what happened.

  Ito yung taong hindi na mahirap kausap napakabait pa and kahit madami kang tanong walang problema sa kanya. Sobrang salamat sa RAM :) Sobrang sulit
