  Last week I bought a motherboard from him to replace my defective Asus p5q se plus board. The board I bought is Asus P5b e plus, it is an older board but I don't have much of a choice.
  
  When I transferred my computer's other component, i found out that the pci express slot is not working. I gave him the benefit of the doubt so I went to borrow another video card from a friend, unfortunately, it did not work either.
  
  I sent him a message but he is no longer replying. I've been with TPC a long time and this is my first time putting a negative feedback to someone. Very disappointing.
