  No wonder why someone gave you negative feedback before me. This guy never heard a thing from me that i wouldnt return his money, he cannot understand the line "money back guarantee" he likes to make things more complicated. Please understand that in all investment there are compromises and risks and delays are part of them.

  Buyer offered to pay first which is great but I wanted things to be fair - kaliwaan. He was good enough to have pushed through with it as well. Marami na kasing joy-reserves these days, so I really appreciate the push-through.
