  BEWARE OF PEOPLE YOU ARE DEALING WITH !!!
  
  We have just been victimized by a ruthless, inconsiderate and a man who has no WORD OF HONOR.
  
  We got an sms by fellow tpc member \\\"out_cast\\\" saying that he is interested to buy our item SAPPHIRE 6950 videocard for P4,500. He also asked if we can have it shipped via LBC Door2Door services to his place in Cagayan de Oro and I agreed and he even told me that he will just add extra P200 to cover for the shipping fee. After a few minutes, he asked if he can just send P4,500 in total for this is his only money at hand and that he will send the money thru my BPI account however, he wanted a guarantee and proof that I will be sending the item to him. He even asked for my facebook account so he can check but I told him that I honestly dont have one because I have very personal issues that\\\'s why I chose not to have an FB account, neither my husband doesnt have one, IT\\\'s OUR CHOICE, you couldn\\\'t blame us for not having one.
  
  Because I wanted him to be confident of this transaction and I wanted him to feel SECURED, I asked him to check my other accounts, from tcp : 050509 and sulit :rondianeish. He even had a lot of questtions. He was wondering why the feedback posted on our tpc account says im a \\\"HE\\\" while the person texting him indicates I\\\'m a GIRL. Told him that THESE ACCOUNTS THAT WE HAVE BOTH BELONG TO ME AND MY HUSBAND. Most of the time It was my husband who transacts and deals in our tpc account and I take charge of the transactions in tcp and sulit. Maybe he wasn\\\'t reading, If you will browse through the bottom part of this tpc account, the feedback says, thanks SIR/MAAM...so that means, both of us handle all our accounts.
  
  Now going back to what happened, at exactly 12:13nn today, May 17,2013, I got a text message from him saying that he will just have the money sent through Palawan Pawnshop, told him that we didnt have one near our place so we both agreed to have the item shipped through LBC and that he will also send the money from there.
  
  To give you guys an idea on how kind hearted we\\\'ve been to this MR. ELRON S. MANGINSAY, We even agreed to have the item shipped first thru LBC and once he was able to verify that the shipment is legit, he then sends the money right away. He even told me that he was already on his way to LBC, that was at 12:18nn when I got an sms from him. I told him that I\\\'m also about to leave our house and that I\\\'ll be in LBC after 20 minutes. When I was on my way, I asked his wherabouts and he said he\\\'s already waiting in LBC and his text message was : \\\"ok ma\\\'am, no probs if verify ko na padala ko agad yung pera door to door yan sa LBC ma\\\'am ha..TIA\\\"
  
  I TRUSTED HIM...so I hurriedly sent the package, handed the shippinf fee which costed P255 and the lady at the LBC counter packed the item making sure we secured everything with foamies, bubble wrap and cloth. Then, I sent him the tracking number immediately... TRACKING # is : 161417823781 so he can have it verified and in return, he can also send me the payment as promised.
  
  After a few minutes of waiting and responding to my sms, he then sent me a message saying : \\\"ok sir, wait lang kase inutusan ko yung wife ko para ipadala yung pera.\\\" WTF?! I got goosebumps and got so nervous because he wasnt being consistent. He said he was already in LBC and now he\\\'s telling me that he\\\'s asking his wife to do the errands. Then I sent a couple of messages to ask him to be FAIR because I WAS TRUE TO MY WORDS and that I WENT OUT OF MY WAY TO MEET HIS CONDITIONS. I got another text message for him an hour later at 1:47pm and he said : \\\"going pa wife ko sir baka sa BPI nalang nya ipadala yung pera if MAHABOL TIL 3PM, mahal kasi bayad sa LBC 220 e tama lang yung pera padala ko.\\\"
  
  Another message which I received at 1:53pm was : \\\"ma\\\'am kasi nasa office pa wife ko..wag ka mag alala sa halagang 4,500 hindi kita tatakbuhan ma\\\'am, bakit sa feedback nyo sa tpc lalaki ka.\\\" MY GOD, THE GUTS to QUESTION ME OF INCONSISTENCIES!!!
  
  I has series of messages for him to express my dismay and disappointment but he never answered back.
  
  Finally, his last message was : \\\"sensya na ma\\\'am, wait lang text kita agad if napadala na yung pera text ko agad yung tracking number..TIA\\\" Again, the GUTS to SAY THANKS IN ADVANCE WHEN HE SHOULD BE THANKING ME BEFOREHAND DAHIL I GRANTED WHAT WE HAVE AGREED UPON.
  
  I waited and waited and asked until what time will I be waiting because I have a lot of things to do, FAIR ENOUGH, AT LEAST GIVE ME A TIMEFRAME AS TO WHEN WILL I BE WAITING FOR THEIR PAYMENT.
  
  I called his mobile phone 2x : 09153737100 but he never answered!
  
  If he was not a SCAMMER, he should have at least responded to my messages quickly or at least answer my phone calls.
  
  At 2:32PM, I told him I could no longer wait for him and he hasnt been responding to my calls nor texts so I MADE THE DECISION TO FINALLY CANCEL THIS TRANSACTION AND CANCEL THE SHIPMENT and to give him a headsup, I TOLD HIM NOT TO BOTHER SEND THE PAYMENT ANYMORE.
  
  He has not responded to any of my messages till now, he wasnt able to defend himself, so I guess this is all a SCAM!
  
  I was victimized. I had very clean intentions, Ive been fair and considerate.
  
  NEXT TIME, BEWARE OF PEOPLE LIKE MR. ELRON S. MANGINSAY. Well, sad thing is you\\\'ll never know how many people living here in this country are just like him but MAY THIS SERVE AS A LESSON TO ALL OF US.
  
  BE CAUTIOUS...
