Be careful dealing with seller. I waited for more than a month but didn't receive my GPU. When I asked for a refund, I'm told that they will process it. But after more than 2 weeks, I still don't have my money and he is not replying to my messages anymore. I thought he was a reputable seller seeing all the positive reviews, but I guess I'm wrong. -

purchased something worth 30k from this guy January 3, 2021 and up till now wala pa yung item. I requested for a refund but wala parin binibigay. At first he is very responsive before I deposited the money. since then, I've doing follow ups every week kasi madalang na sya mag reply. Swerte na pag nag reply sayo at kung nag reply man, sasabihin lang asked them (his supplier) for an update. Tapos wala namang mangyayari. I already told him weeks ago na irefund ko na lang but wala parin. Now i've been calling him but he's not answering at all. No update. Malapit na mag 6 months. This man basically stole my hard earned money.

I previously posted a negative review of kenneth03, but removed it once he returned my money, out of my belief that he made an honest mistake of overpromising and underdelivering.
However, getting my refund took several weeks of constantly calling his number (09325618904) via mobile and Viber, and threatening legal action. I made it very clear to Kenneth that I would do everything in my power to get my money back.
Please do not buy from this seller. It's clear that he has been taking the money of several buyers, and it's possible that I might be the only one who has gotten a refund. I am sharing my story to warn others.
To assist anyone else looking to get their money back from Kenneth, the BPI bank account number he provided for deposit indicates that he's a client of the Biñan Capinpin Branch.

I also recommend asking for legal advice on the best way to pursue a claim against him. I was about to do that, when I got my money back from him.
