Sir, thank you for writing this issue.
Nahihiya na kami but it is beyond our control because HP has a global shortage of parts. As per HP the latest the unit can be repaired is September 5.
Nevertheless if you need the computer soonest we have two store options available:
1. Issue a Refund on the purchase price
2. Provide a replacement unit.
For both above options we will need all original components including Box, Adaptors, Bag(if replacement old bag will be issued), documentation, and any freebies associated with the unit like Globe tattoo if any...
Please advise your decision on the matter.
