    I\'m giving you negative feedback because of the agony and hassle that you brought to me.

    The subject of the deal is a GPU, Sapphire 7950 3GB Dual-X Boost to be exact. I bookmarked his post for a week and I assumed that he was in a rush because the price was decreasing rapidly from 9,000 down to 8,000 then finally 7,000.

    The day of meet up arrives and we meet at Festival Mall in Alabang. He was on time. I asked him about the card, we had some chat then I asked how about the warranty? He just answered \"may distro pa naman yan, pati ok na ok yan\" I also asked his reason for selling? He said \"nasira monitor ko, naka crossfire itong card sa Sapphire 7970\" I haven\'t tried the card after the meet up because I\'m just currently building a rig that time. All I have were
    procie, rams, and gpu.

    Two weeks after the meet up I finally completed my rig. At first, the card was doing good but after an hour it starts to show some artifacts. Immediately I start to read forums regarding this artifacts problem and I\'m not just the one who has this. There are many other users that has the same problem like mine and with the same exact model of card. I immediately told him about this, prior telling him I already brought the card to Tech Squad. Tech Squad is the division of PCTrends (now Ubertech) that handles RMA for their products. I decided to RMA the card because it has only 3 months left for warranty that will expire by Nov. 2014. I just known the card issue August 14 to 15, I haven\'t got asleep because of the artifacts. It is normal for a pc enthusiast having problem on their rig. One cannot sleep because of the agony. What happen to my rig? On August 16, I brought the card to Tech Squad for RMA. They told me that they will first check the card then process it for RMA.

    After a month I finally had the newly replaced card. Exact model as the old card. During the month of agony and hassle because I have no card, I contacted him. He barely replies on my text messages, busy at work is the common reason. Well, who am I to judge if it is true or not? At first, he told me that he will give me a refund. I told him that I can\'t wait anymore and he should wait the the replacement himself because its just the same. I had my money back and the only thing for him is to wait for the replacement. I also told him, it is me who had RMA the card for him. All I want is for him to bring back my money so I can buy another card that is 100% working. However, despite my diligent efforts contacting him, he barely replies. Same busy reasons.

    Before I had the card, I told him that I need my money and the card was already at the Tech Squad warehouse, he then flip the coin and told me that he cannot give me a refund because \"lugi na ako\" I really upset on this words. Pardon me but I really need to say this,

    PUTANG INA KA PANO KA NALUGI? AKO NA NAGPA RMA NG CARD MO, AKO NA NAWALAN NG 7,000, AKO NA NAGHINTAY NG ISANG BUWAN TAPOS IKAW NA MAY BAGONG MONITOR DAHIL SA 7,000 NA IBINAYAD KO SAYO. LUGI PA MORE? TANG INANG SAGOT YAN!

    I\'m happy because it was replaced. The question now is, how about there\'s no more distro warranty left? or they cannot give a warranty because of corrosion? What will happen to my 7,000 because he said he cannot refund? Now think what have you done. You deserve this feedback.
