    I had to create an account to give you this well deserved feedback

    Ok, so this guy managed to make us wait for about 2 hours and 54 minutes. He doesn\'t even confirm if he\'ll be able to make it or not. If it\'s an emergency reason or if the seller dimly wants to back out, 1 text would be enough, but no. Walang sagot, ni isang text or tawag wala.



    Here\'s what happened. I called up this seller inquiring about his iPad Mini retina 32GB. He said it was available and I asked if I could get the serial # to check the status of the unit\'s warranty. He said he was afraid to give the serial # so I opted to ask for the model # instead to check if it really is a retina display iPad Mini. Fortunately it was, so I texted and called the person and told him I would get the unit tonight at Gateway Cubao. He agreed and informed us that he will text instead because he is using his phone as a wifi hotspot. So we waited until he told us that he will be very late. I asked if he could make it at 7pm he replied that he may be later than that. We agreed to 7:30pm but he gave a statement saying that if he doesn\'t arrive by 7:30pm, it is up to us whether to wait or leave. It\'s all fine and dandy, but the thing that this seller did wrong was he never informed us whether he will be able to do the meet up or not. We tried calling him up to 8:54pm and every time we did, the phone would ring and the number would be busy signifying that he is rejecting the call. So right now I am furiously writing this negative and well deserved feedback for this seller. I even took a screenshot of his ads. If it\'s too cheap and he decided to back out dana magsabi man lang siya kahit isang text. Don\'t ever make your customers wait.



    You made my family wait for nothing. 1 text telling us that you changed your mind or that you have an emergency would have sufficed. But you opted to cower and not answer our calls (when we tried calling him, magna-half ring then ibababa niya).



    Lessons learned as a buyer? Don\'t agree to meet ups that are far from your comfort zone. Don\'t wait if the seller doesn\'t reply anymore. Don\'t expect if the seller himself does not update you on his whereabouts.



    Lessons for you (the seller).. Don\'t make your customers wait. Give your customer even a single text if you have plan changes. I don\'t care if it\'s a medical emergency or not, the fact that you held us up does not justify whatever excuse you have in store.



    IN SHORT... WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A SELLER EVER. IT IS UP TO YOU TO TRUST THIS GUY\'S POSITIVE FEEDBACK PERO FOR ME. A BIG NO-NO. WORST SELLER IN OLX.PH AND IN TIPIDPC (his username in tipidpc.com: elvzjak06)



    Nothing justifies making your customer wait without informing them (no load? makitext, may family ka naman no. medical emergency? makitext or call. changed your mind about the transaction? makitext, inform your buyer.. ganun lang kadali!)
