    I had an experience buying a Dell D630 with his or his guys (Unfortunately), and here are the facts;

    I was sending an SMS messaage, without any answer for like 3 days. Not even a \"not interested...\" reply.
    Then I commented on the ad, if he is still selling the item, but he tore down the ad.

    His ad will not tell everything the condition of the item.
    90% Smooth is NOT 90% smooth it is more of a 60%. The hard drive bay is missing a cover. The 500gb Seagate hard drive had bad sectors, when they replaced it with a 320gb, has whistling sound and hangs-up (they replaced it again with a 160gb for the 3rd time, and I was not really satisfied - imagine from 500gb to 160gb??).
    You can barely see the screen under a shade. You need to be inside a house to see the screen clearly.
    When I SMS them for the last time, sagot pa sa akin \".. anu ba i-expect mo sa laptop na mura?\" - and my only point is - Just be clear and transparent to what you are selling.
    The guy who delivers the laptop - 3times nanghingi ng pang-meryenda, kasi malayo pa daw sya galing, the meet-up was in Starmall - and then I just realized, their shop is located also inside Starmall.

    Overall, I had a bad experience with them.
    I\'ve been buying and trading here in TPC since 2006, and this is the first time I gave a negative feedback - It is a complete, unsatisfactory deal which ends-up with a bad laptop - Napamahal pa ako kasi ako na bumili ng parts ng laptop para lang gumana ng maayos. I placed the negative feedback here since they are the same people.

    I made a different account so that they will not blemish my true account.

    I can provide to you the AD post (captured photo last year), and the photo of actual unit - so that you will know this is authentic feedback. and not just made-up.

    I have the pictures of your post na binura mo, matapos kong magreklamo na hindi naman 90% smoothness yung mga D630 nyo. Walang cover ang drive bay.

    share ko lang exp. ko dito sa walang kwentang shop na ito, napakawalang kwentang shop ito promise, UNA nagbebenta ang mga ito ng mga laptop na kinuha mula sa tagpitagping defective laptop, kakahuyin nila ang mga ito at bubuuin para ibenta ng MAHAL!!!, bumile ako ng hp probook sa mga hayop na to ang specs ay 4gb ram, 2gb videocard, amd phenom dualcore 2,8ghz, 250hdd, sa halagang 6500 pesos, mura kung susumahin mga ka TPC, pinuntahan ko sa shop nila mura eh, pagdating ko doon wala ung kausap ko na nagpakilalang si patrick eto # nya 09198484539 , tapos hinanap ko ung unit ang dame nilang items na hp probook, binigay saken eh bulok na casing,sabe ko palitan, pinalitan naman,, pinalitan ng casing na repainted ng PYLOX!!, sabe ok lang mataas naman specs, bago ko makuha ang repainted ng pylox na laptop pinaghintay ako ng mga ito ng 3 ORAS, pagkatpos nilang gawen biigay saken para icheck ko, may error agad na lumalabas ung microsoft visual something,, normal lang daw un, chineck ko ung dxdiag under display 1466mb lang ung videocard, sabe nung mayare naka 32bit kasi kaya ganyan pero pag 64bit papalo daw ng 2200mb, sabe cge ttry ko na lang ung online games na nilalaro ko, paguwe ko install agad ako, pagkatapos maginstall nilaro ko na , napakalag ng laro ko na un nabad3p ako at tinext ko ulit ung PATRICK sabe eh magprintscreen daw ako ng dxdiag, ung properties ng videocard at ung system, ang dameng pinagawa tapos sasabihin ibalik sa shop para daw palitan, pagkabali ko sa shop mga 4:00 ng hapon, papalitan daw ng 64bit, sabe cge, 1 oras ang lumipas, tinanng ko kung ok na,sabe pinalitan daw ng hdd kasi un daw ang problema,eh ginawa lang naman eh nireformat using usb bootable na inabot ng 2 ORAS!!!! tinanung ko ulit kung ok na nagiinstall daw ng apps putcha 3 ORAS na ako duon!!!
    pagktapos ng pagpapahintay saken ng 3 oras , binigay saken at check ulit puta naman same pa din ang videocard!!!! 1466mb pa din tapos 32bit pa din!!!!! BOGUS POST ANG TAONG TO.. UNG POST NYA NGEON EH NAPALITAN NA 1.5gb na nakalagay gaming pa, F.U KA SER GAMING MO MUKHA MO!!!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT KANG hayop KA ,, DI KA DAPAT DITO SA TPC, DAPAT SA BANGKETA KA NA LANG NAGTINDA, WALA KA PALANG PANINDA DAHIL NAGRERESELL KA LANG NG MGA KINAHOY NG BOSS MONG BABOY,, BOBO PA MGA TECHNICIAN SA EBYTES2 SHOP!!!! MGA SIRANIKONG TECHNICIAN!!!

    - babalik ka agad kinabukasan pag bumile ka dito 110% sure
    - pagkabalik mo dahil nakita mo na ung defect aayusin nila paghihitayin ka ng SOBRANG TAGAL min. of 3 hours max of 8hrs 110% sure
    - wala na silang pakialam sayo kahit maghintay ka ng buong magdamag
    -galing sa kinahoy nilang laptop ang ipapalit sa unit mo tapos ibebenta ng halos B.new price
    -bobong mga technician, humawak lang ng laptop sinabing technician na sila
    -wag kang magrefer sa pwesto ninyo kung wala ka naman mismo sa shop tarantado ebyte2starmall wag ka dito sa TPC MANG GAGO!!!!WAG KA MANG PERWISYO!!!
