Bad seller sold me defective external HDD

I already stated first day that HDD doesn\'t work he said it was only driver problems tried to fix it didn\'t work on the 4th day texted him for a refund and he said there was only a 3 day personal warranty even if it was not stated on his post.

Don\'t deal with this guy
