  2nd Hassle Free Deal.
  A truly understanding buyer.
  The initial ram straight from the manufacturer pack and installed on the unit was causing BSOD. Our apologies.
  
  DAX informed us of the problem, returned the unit to the shop, waited as we replaced the ram and tested the new RAM.
  No qualms, No demands, No complaints from Buyer.
