  To tipidpc buyers and admins,
  
  Please be the judge what kind of seller/member this "arylesor24" (Richard Santos) is, based on the following points:
  
  1. May binili akong 2GB Kingston 800 DDR2 RAM sa taong ito after 13 days hindi na nag-boot ang PC ko. Nag-download ako ng low level memory testing tool na memtest86 to have deep investigation and I discovered na hindi Kingston DDR2 yung nabili ko at ang totoong laman ay Qimonda and it says the type is DDR3, here is the screenshot:
  
  
  
  I know tapos na ang 1 week warranty and his defense bakit hindi ko daw tinest sa warranty period kung Kingston DDR2 nga ang laman ng item nya? After kong mabili tinenest ko agad ang item ng seller na ito based on its functionality using Windows normally and its built-in Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool at walang lumabas na problema within warranty period, we know based on this testing malalaman mo lang kung functional ang RAM at hindi naman lalabas kung Kingston DDR2 ang laman ng RAM. Nag-depend ako sa very believable sticker on the RAM na binenta ng seller na ito which says Kingston KVR800D2N6/2G kahit sinong buyer ay hindi na maiisipang mag-download pa ng low level memory testing tool (like memtest86) to confirm na Kingston DDR2 nga ang laman and like what I did they would just test using the tools that is already available to them. It should be the sellers responsibility na i-check ang tunay na laman ng binebenta nya and an honest seller should disclose in his ads details the true content of what he is selling. Napakalaki ng deperensya, ang totoong laman ng RAM ng seller na ito ay Qimonda type DDR3 at based sa ads details nya at sa pinirmahan nyang papel ay nakasaad 2GB Kingston 800 DDR2 KVR800, see screenshot below:
  
  
  
  ... magkakaroon talaga ng issue kung isasama mo itong Qimonda type DDR3 sa tatlong tunay na Kingston type DDR2 like what I have:
  
  
  
  2. The big question is bakit walang sinabi ang seller na ito na Qimonda DDR3 type ang laman ng binebenta nya? Hindi excuse na dahil hindi mo alam, kung seller ka dapat alam mo kung ano ang binebenta mo at karapatan ng mga buyer na malaman ang tunay na detalye. Kung idinisclose ng seller na ito sa ads details nya na Qimonda DDR3 type ang binebenta nya ay siguradong hindi ko bibilihin ito kasi alam kong magkakaroon ng compatibility issue.
  
  3. This seller has not been professional and fair to his buyer to resolve this issue, I didn't received replacement or a refund.
  
  4. Nakatanggap pa ako ng mga pagmumura sa seller na ito (foul words tulad ng bobo, tarantado, tae) sample eto ang screenshot ng SMS message ng taong ito sa akin:
