  VERY DISAPPOINTED BUYER. Feb 12, I contacted po this seller with the 3TB Seagate Barracuda na he's selling for P2500. First transaction ko po to sa TipidPC, I was a member since 2014 pero eto po first time ko. Sad to say, nabiktima pa ako. I scouted for items na binebenta po dito sa TipidPC nung Feb 12 until I came across sir Franco nga daw name nya as seen on some of the feedback nya. He has 140 Positive feedback with 0% negative so who would assume na bogus si Sir Franco. I contacted him Feb 12 around 10PM and asked if the item is still available. Nagreply nalang po sya kina-umagahan (attached po is our conversation). He told me na available po sya ng hapon. sabi ko po magmeet up nalang po kami sa Munoz station and he's good with it. I met him paglabas ko po sa Roosevelt station sa Mister Donut stand where he told he would be. He gave me a description of what he's wearing and also I gave mine. Nagkita po kami around 12:15, we talked about the item na naka-partition nga po ng tatlo (3) daw and his RSF is he'll be upgrading po. Mukang ok po syang kausap pro I've noticed and ngaun lang po nag-sync-in sa akin na during our conversation, he was perspiring a lot kahit di naman gaanong mainit. Di sya gaanong makatingin sa mata ko and medyo may mga kwinekwento sya na out-of-topic. Lahat po ng ito ay huli ko ng mapansin dahil po mas nagtiwala po ako dun sa credentials nya sa TipidPC. We made the deal, it was actually a smooth deal sinabi ko pa sa kanya na " Sir di ko na po i-test ah". He told me na if may problem I can return the item daw. I went home and tested the HDD, di po sya maread the BIOS, i tried several things until nagshutdown po ang CPU ko and di na nag-open. Everytime I detached the HDD nag-booth naman sya ng maayos. So I suspected may sira na tlga ung HDD. I texted him saying about the issue and I am willing to change the item na nga kahit di na 3TB basta gumagana. Please help me find or kung hindi ma-prevent na tong tao na to na mam-biktima pa ng iba. The money that i used ay hiniram ko pa sa pambili ng gamot ng nanay kong may diabetes. I didn't post this immediately kasi baka naisip namin na na-busy lang sya kaya di sya sumasagot sa text at tawag namin. I tried calling him pro binabagsakan nya na po kami. I hope the admin will also look into how this thing happened, showing good credentials sa TipidPC ending up victimizing innocent people pala. I hope negative feedback don't get deleted din po.
  Description po pla ni Franco is matangkad sya around 5'9". Malaki ang katawan, maitim, malaki ang mata, may katangusan ang ilong, short hair po. So if you'll encounter a person similar to my description, be careful po.
