    I have no idea what happened to him but I was disappointed with my first transaction with him. He never texted (after 12pm) after we agreed to meet at Megamall around 9pm today. A courtesy call would suffice to inform me that he cannot come. I tried calling him but no answer. Even a piso text is ok informing me that he cannot come.

    Anyway, happy gaming, sir!

    Nagpaalam naman po ako if pwede na ako magpost. Again, no reply. :(

    I don\'t know what \"formality\" was needed to close a deal. Could you please send a step-by-step procedure on how to formalize a deal to to me? In the last message I texted to you \".... See you\" where you replied \"Sige lang\". You never rejected the premise that the deal will push through. And, in fact, in the first place, aren\'t you the one who texted me to meet at Megamall?



    I was really disappointed with you, sir, and not with myself. More that I found out only through google that you have High ratings at tpc as you did not introduce yourself in the first place maybe because you\'re not confident with this deal. Buy and sell is really tricky, sir.

    What I just really want is a simple text when I texted you at around 7pm til 9pm or just answered the call or a short message in tpc since you are online during that time that the deal will not push through or did not even close.
