    Eto po ang scenario:

    hi ate bat gnun un binili ko hdisk sa inyo 320g wd sata kahapon, pag salpak ko my clicking sound tpos ayaw mabasa sa bios, defective ata.d ko na pintest dahil trusted store n kyo at nka sealed pa un drive pero pagbukas ko prang nagamit na eh. nkakadismaya from bulacan pako pno ggwn ibabalik ko pa jan?pamasahe ko pa lang 500 na balikan.

    sagot nyo:
    Good Afternoon
    sir pasensya na po sa nangyari sir kung ganyan po naencounter nyo sir,patatawagan ko nalng po kayo sa technician ng northedsa para po iassist kayo salamat po

    sagot ko:
    Ibalik na lang jan sa store nyo for replacement sabi ng tech nyo.Hassle nmn nyan kung di kayo sure sa bnebenta nyo, iadvise nyo sa mga customer nyo "sir check muna nten un hdisk pra mtest kung ok di kasi kmi sure sa mga bnbenta namin" badtrip eh. mhigit 10 yrs nako buying IT products ngyn lang ako naka exp ganitong defective.ok lang siguro kung lagyan ko kayo ng negative feedback right?

    eto sagot ng technician nyo:
    > good evening sir. ako po yung nakausap nila lately with
    > regards sa hdd na may defect. sir hindi na naman po sa
    > ganun sir, baka nagkataon lang po na may factory defect
    > lang yun item. hindi naman po natin maiiwasan yun sir.
    > tinitest din lang po namin yung item/s upon purchase
    > and request ng customer.

    sagot ko sa alibi ng tech nyo:
    kahit anu pang explanation mo mag ppost pa din ako ng negative feedback, sobrang disappointed ako sa nabili ko.imbes na ngagamit ko na ung hdisk ngyn mas gusto ko pa ibato tong hdisk sayo.

    napakaliit ng chance pra makakuha ako ng defective item, 0.0000000005% kahit san store ka bumili itry mo pa bmili ng hdisk sa gilmore pero naging 50-50 probability nung bmili ako sa inyo.mas prefer ko sa inyo dahil mas malapit at 16k positive feedback nyo pero nagkamali ako sa reputation nyo.

    tingin ko "used hdisk" na un na repacked nyo lang. nung narinig ko pagsalpak ko clicking sound agad, imposible na brand new hdisk ang nabili ko.

    btw, REDFOX R&D department (product technical) ang last job ko,mostly we are testing prototype products (halos lahat ng IT products, dept nmin sakop ang QA responsibility) kaya ndi ako inutil para tumanggap ng explanation mo. napaka rare ng chance na magkaron ng defective item lalo pa't quality at branded product un binili ko.

    lastly, pagsoli ko sa inyo ng hdisk sa monday ipapakita ko na may markings ng sticker sa gilid na parang inalis at mejo may gasgas, dun ko lang napansin un mga small things n un right after na ndi gumana un hdisk.

    Summary:
    Sa mga bibili ng item sa store na to, "BRANDED" man o hindi, ipatest nyo na. Kahit usb flash drive lang bibilin nyo, ipatest nyo na baka matulad kayo sakin, sobrang abala at badtrip na pasko dahil sa P*tang*N* hdisk yan.
